"Mai Lauren" announces clearly! Today, she's quitting snoring.

Friends have exposed "Mai Lorraine's" behavior: she snores so loudly it's like a longtail boat passing by her house!!

Yes!! Everyone who's ever slept with me says that (laughs). They've endured it for so long, so much. I mean, the people around me endured it so much, it was like a nightmare. And I'm the nightmare for my friends and the people around me. When I'm asleep, I don't even know I snore, but the people who sleep with me feel it because I snore very loudly, very heavily, and it's getting worse every day. Now, nobody wants to sleep with me anymore. And sometimes, while I'm sleeping, I feel like I'm twitching, like I temporarily stop breathing. When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I haven't gotten enough rest, I'm groggy during the day. I can't just let it go like this anymore.

I couldn't let my loud snoring bother the people around me, so I started researching effective ways to stop it. That's when I came across Snore Laser at Romrawin Clinic. They claimed to offer laser treatment for snoring without surgery, which really interested me. So I decided this method might help me, at least to some extent.

Laser snoring

At first, we wondered how laser snoring treatment would work and how it could help with our snoring. Then we consulted with Dr. Waew (Dr. Wanwimon Wanarak), who explained that the laser is a Laser chest erbium. The goal of this machine is to stimulate collagen and elastin production, strengthening the tissue. The laser is applied to the soft palate, cheeks, and uvula, causing them to contract, allowing more air to pass through and reducing snoring.

After trying laser treatment for snoring, I feel like my breathing is easier, like air is entering better. And when air enters better, my snoring improves. It's not a one-time treatment that completely cures it, but it has significantly reduced my snoring. Now I can sleep with other people (laughs) because they say it's much less snoring. They're calm at night and comfortable during the day. It makes me feel like my quality of life has improved.

Regarding our experience with laser snoring treatment, we would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from snoring like us. Laser snoring is a very interesting technology; it doesn't require surgery, only uses a laser for treatment. Therefore, we felt that laser snoring treatment is a hassle-free and time-saving method. It only takes 30 minutes per session, and after the treatment, there's no downtime; you can return to work immediately.

Laser snoring

Today, I'd like to share some advice regarding snoring, everyone... A good day starts with a good night's sleep, and a sleep without snoring! (laughs)

What is laser snoring treatment? Why does it stop your snoring habit? Lauren explains.

Snore Laser is a treatment program that uses an erbium (Yag) laser with a wavelength of 2,940 nanometers to treat snoring. The laser is directed at the soft palate, cheeks, and uvula, causing the muscles in these areas to contract. This allows more air to pass through, improving breathing during sleep and reducing snoring.
